When the weather cools and schedules heat up, teams need gear that’s warm, durable, and on-brand.
This Fall 2025 guide highlights staple pieces Orange County businesses are ordering now—and why they work. If you’re looking for custom uniforms in Orange County that balance comfort with professionalism, these are the trends to watch.
Why Fall is Prime Time for Branded Gear
Fall signals conferences, hiring pushes, service calls, and holiday events. Matching, logoed layers make your team look sharp while keeping them warm. Bonus: these pieces become everyday wear—meaning more impressions for your brand at coffee shops, school drop-offs, and weekend errands.
Must-Have Layers for Fall 2025
Midweight Hoodies
Comfort meets durability. Cotton-poly blends prevent shrinkage, hold their shape, and create a clean surface for screen printing or hoodies with logo embroidery.
Softshell & Puffer Jackets
Lightweight warmth + weather resistance. These are perfect for company jackets in Fullerton with left-chest embroidery, giving your team a polished, professional look.
Workwear Crews
Ideal for electricians, contractors, and warehouse teams. Heavyweight fleece crews stand up to daily use while keeping employees comfortable on the job.
Best Logo Placements
Left Chest: Clean and professional for jackets, crews, and polos.
Full Back: Maximum visibility for field teams, job sites, and event staff.
Sleeve Hits: A modern placement for departments, slogans, or website URLs.
Embroidery vs. Print for Fall Apparel
Embroidery → Premium look, long-lasting on thicker garments (jackets, crews, beanies).
Screen Print → Bold, cost-effective for hoodies and tees, especially larger runs.
Combo → Embroider the left chest and screen print the back for the best of both.
This balance ensures your custom uniforms in Orange County make an impact and last through the season.
